Doing some updating...

Well as I have told you in previous posts, Matt decided that while he was laid off we should do some updating. Below are some pictures of our dining room that got a fresh coat of paint so far. We have to get new curtains, blinds, light fixture and maybe something with the flooring. New dining room furniture will come much later. Also below are pictures of our 1/2 bath update. We ran into some wiring issues and had to do more than what we expected. Enjoy!

Sorry the pictures aren't the best. The bathroom is very small so it is hard to get a good picture. Here's another one.




Matt had to tear out the ceiling to fix the wiring issue!

The new toilet! Boy, we really needed the toilet installed as soon as possible. When you are used to having two and go down to one, it really can create some tension in the household!

We still have some small things to get like the towel holder, etc. All in all it turned out really nice and I have to thank both dads who helped out tremendously and my husband for doing most of the work!
